Kiarash Michel, MD, is an internationally renowned urologist and robotic surgeon at Atlas Men’s Clinic, providing complete urology care to men living throughout Los Angeles County, including the Beverly Grove neighborhood of Los Angeles and La Mesa, California.
Dr. Michel attended Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington, where he obtained his undergraduate degree. The following year, he enrolled at the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, eventually earning his Doctor of Medicine and graduating with honors.
Before entering private practice, Dr. Michel completed a residency at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in the Department of Urology. He excelled in the program, earning recognition as a National Pfizer Scholar.
Dr. Michel diagnoses and treats various problems that affect the urinary system. He’s especially interested in men’s health, including prostate cancer therapy, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and erectile dysfunction.
